A blend of results-oriented high intensity interval, functional, and circuit training sessions bring out the elite athlete in all of us. Our turf training area allows us to perform unlimited amounts of movements, mimicking both the traditional and sport-specific training styles.
Total Body Control (TBC)
Our exclusive, high-intensity functional training utilizing our indoor turf. Combine resistance and cardiovascular training in a very controlled and consistent environment, allowing you to build muscle, burn fat, and get in amazing shape in only 30 minutes a day. Create an overall “after-burn” effect that will have your metabolism building and burning for up to 48 hours after each session!
A 1-hour sports-style boot camp class! This program mimics athletic movements in a very fun and free-flowing, circuit style environment that brings out the athlete in all of us. We’ll combine interval aerobic and resistance training with speed & agility in ways that will have you pushing, pulling, and slamming your way into amazing shape on our turf training area!
From yoga for the mind, body and soul, to high intensity cycling and high energy Zumba® classes, the power of a group keeps you going!
Motivating instructors and high energy music are just the start! Using premium, Life Fitness GX bikes that are biochemically designed for a very comfortable workout, you’ll sweat through grueling hill climbs and burn up to 1,000 calories in this 1-hour class.
A great way to cultivate peace and relax your mind. Our classes are open-level, offering beginner modifications for those seeking a slower pace as well as intensifications for the seasoned practitioner. We focus on: strengthening, releasing tension, balancing, increasing flexibility, detoxifying, and exhilarating the body and mind in every session.
